No improvement with both cars, so I might as well post my times:

Are you about to have GT5 ???

Nice vids by the way 👍 !

No new times for me, spent my time at IKEA then back home doing some do-it-yourself stuff !
Thanks! I love the DIY ethic. I miss my Toolbox back home!! :)
Hopefully , I'll be able to purchase a PS3/GT5 next week as planned. Though I'm torn between Dirt3 and Uncharted as my 2nd game.
I want to say you are a excellent video-maker and a nice guider. Exciting music!
LOL! thanks. Very rough guide it is. If you remembered Gran Turismo on the Playstation 1, That music loop was taken from the Mitsubishi Dealerships on Simulation Mode (NA version).

I've had enough of Ice Arena so I'll head out to the Rocks, and try running 20laps.
Times: Rally Car
Ice Arena: 1'01.567
Rocks: 1' 22.xxx

This is gonna be a long night, I need to catch up.

@red ice : lucky you !

Well, I couldn't go faster so after an hour of practicing -without lots of effort put into it I must admit ; I'm not a GT Rally fan :indiff:-, I just stopped and try out some 'Ring combos ;) !

I'll post my times tomorrow :

Ice Arena : Mitsubishi Lancer 1600 GSR '74 : 1'02.432
Cathedral : Mitsubishi Lancer 1600 GSR Rally Car '74 : 1'20.742

As you can see from the 'updated' text in my pictures, I haven't recorded any new times in quite a while. Part of this is my frustration at rally events (I just don't have red ice's skill and/or patience), the other part is the fact that I've been very busy with my son this whole past week.

For some reason, I really like looking at the 1974 Lancer 1600 GSR Rally Car. In fact, I took some pictures of it in GT4 (was too busy to post them when I remembered... and, unfortunately, didn't remember about them quite enough). At least I have some PSP background images for the next couple of weeks!

Ice Arena: Stock : 1'03.6xx.
Drove not smoothly enough as redice, but indeed a big improvement.
I've only played gt2 for xx hours with PS simulator on psp, no quite memories any more, just my first car is Mitsubishi's FTO.

WTAC Week 54
I gave it my best shot and I was unlucky to get a clean 1'17.690 at Cathedral Rocks.I got so hooked up in Ice Arena using the Rally Car, that I crammed running it in the Rocks. Hahaha!!
As for Ice Arena, I got a last minute 1'00.454. haven't got the time to rerun it using the stock car.

My submission this week.

MVR08 continues his charge to the top with another first place finish. His successive wins have now propelled him into 2nd place overall (dropping Dan360 into 3rd place). pvr77 still holds the top spot, but MVR08 is now only three points behind him for the overall lead. With pvr's 42 total points, he is in the driver's seat (so to speak) and could win it all with a first or second place finish in the next challenge. If pvr77 ends up in third place or lower for Week 55, then it will likely all be settled at Week 56's challenge (Chapparal 2D & Ford GT40). The next week or two could prove to be quite entertaining for all of us!

It was good to see red ice back on the podium again! His 2'19.133 just barely bumped Dan360 down to fourth place and further cemented red ice's reputation as a top-end rally racer. I only hope one day to acquire just half his current skill set!

I also noticed that vaughan took a big step forward this past week - his improvement week in and week out is a good thing for all! Good job, vaughan! Keep it up!

I also want to tip my hat to Spiral for his reintroduction to the WTAC for Week 55... we're all very happy to have him back! He should make things very interesting at the top of the standings. Now we have four competitors (Spiral, Dan360, pvr77, and MVR08) that are capable of winning in any given week. Four great racers competing for only three podium slots = FUN.

👍
