Then a secund question. If i found a car there is faster then the Capptime, is it okay to turn the power down on that car?
Yes, definitely. We use the power limiter a lot here to keep ourselves at equal speeds. In the few tuning prohibited events coming up, you can only adjust power limiter and brake bias.

As Lucas said yes the PP is the max you can run lower than the PP as much as you want, a little tip people use the tuning sheets A, B and C for each track with the bhp set to the track.

@hasslemoff what if 2 cars are running close and the car behind overtakes with the lap under cap time ? Should the position be given back to the car ?

Since I've been slammed at work, I haven't been able to find time to photograph races. Sunday's have become GT6 day. So I started with pictures. Then went shopping for cars. Then hung out with gentlemen racers all afternoon. Pretty good GT6 day :D

Here are my pics. Enjoy!

I might join if you are still there in 30-40 mins. I got my GVE power limiter dialed in yesterday but the other two tracks will be tricky.

Please use your own discretion, for example you run well over a second quicker than the capped time then maybe you should its all dependent on the situation, the rules there to try and in courage more passing, close racing and not clock watching while racing.
Not a straight forward answer sorry, but as long people respect the whole system of the championship then it will help the racing for everyone.

Race
  • Drivers must take note of lap(s) were they exceeded the capped lap time (save replay), in case there are any questions.
  • Exceeding the capped lap time in certain situations is acceptable. Racing in close quarters, Catching Draft (slip stream) and the perfect unexpected lap.
  • Please use your own discretion so you are not gaining a huge advantage by going under the capped lap time, for instance you are running numerous laps under the capped time please show some respect to other drivers and slow at some point.
  • Exceeding the capped time while running alone numerous times will result in a penalty (dependent on situation)
  • If you are found to be abusing this system the Qualification penalty of 90 seconds will be applied.
Please do not take the pee out the rule regarding the capped lap time's, this is to try and allow more close racing and the option to not watch the clock while in close racing, if people start bending the rules or taking the pee it will go back to the stricter rules. There is no excuse for spoiling the fun for everyone else.
This has come about as most of the time people have exceeded the lap time while been in racing situations.

Practice room open.

Hey Paul, Can we use different tire compounds? I'm planning to use SH on HSR and TM, but would like to use SM at GV...
That sounded a lot like a coded message :D
