I was going to do both at the last minute Igot a call from the VA and I have an MRI for my shoulder arthritis at 4:30 this PM and its a 2+45 drive...so have fun.

 

Hi, I'm gonna try and jump in tonight , I'm late home from work but hopefully get into the room before 9 as that's when you started last time so assume it be the same .

A small but high quality turn out this evening. As we only had 4 we did two 8 lap sprints which was great fun. Not posting the usual pictures as I forgot to take them on the first race and all four of us that raced know what happened.
