Not half as touch as getting through T1 in week 2:nervous:

It was wisdom teeth, all 4 in fact. I started laughing when I woke up, I have no idea why, I think I must have thought it was funny that the last thing I remembered was being wide awake, you don't even feel the anaesthetic coming on at all. I'm not in much pain even now, I woke up about 2 and a half hours ago, but the pain is steadily increasing as I said, and I still have a completely num chin, lower lip and left side of face. It's sort of hard to avoid hurting yourself when you can't feel what's going on.
Anyway, sorry for the OT. I can't imagine what this week was like for pad users, but I still enjoyed it. I knew my T3 was not great, but I'm surprised I didn't lose any positions, only relative ground to the leaders. Actually I think I gained a spot.

D'oh! Beat me to the punch again - looked like a very smooth lap indeed (at least compared to mine :sly:) Maybe we should come up with some sort of system for verifying replays like verify the next one previous to your own or something - looks like it could get quite random...
 
Oh Lord, my T2 is so embarrassing I was hoping the evidence would never leave my living room! Great job by everyone, especially the mods 👍

Vaxen started adding those to the results at the end of Prologue. Is signifies that you outperformed the mean time for your division, or something along those lines.
 
Hi Guys: Just to let you know that I submitted times this afternoon for myself and my son as follows:

GTP_canracer11 (me) 1'08.010

and

GTP_CursedGhost 1'08.275

After submission I received two emails advising invalid subject titles. I was away all afternoon at the Toronto Auto Show. :) Too bad now I guess, but at least you know we had best intentions! As it seems our times are not very competitive, it's no great loss. Best regards, Larry
 
Replay for my terrible time nowhere near deserving of D2 for this event lol.

Heres hoping my results in week 2 will make up for my terrible showing in this event.

Week 1 was great fun, frustrating, exciting, depressing, allowed me to think I was really fast, and caused me to doubt my driving ability. Best of all, I really enjoyed it, even the times I was facing the wrong direction. Great job to everyone who competed. Hope to see the same number Week 2.:gtpflag:

Great turn out for the the very first WRS GT5 👍 & a BIG congrats to all the Div. winners & podium finishers.

I am very happy with my placing. 11th in D2 & 36 overall. Vast improvement since GTP

Congratz to everybody, I'm happy with my performance, 0.5 sec faster than the second div 5 driver. I hope I'll go up in divisions sometime. Can someone explain me what is Handicapped Results ??? For some reason I'm first in that list. Going to work, I'll upload my replay in 10 hours when I'll get back home...
 
Well, here is my replay. I'm very happy to be 2nd in my division. There are two occasions where I only have two wheels on the rumble strips.

Also, why is there a thumbs up next to my name?

I submitted my time to the Fetchbot but I don't see it here, was it missed or did I make an error in the submission? Or is it that Greek "a" in my name?

Yeah it was a problem with the greek a, but it should have been fixed now.

If you're participating in this week' WRS, could you send a message with (any) time to WRSFetchbot, than I can check everything is working properly now.

When you want to submit your final lap you can send it again to Fetchbot and it will replace the old one with the new one.

That way we can make sure it's working when your ready to submit.

PS: i've checked the logs of Fetchbot and have confirmed your time with the mods, and that it was submitted in time for the deadline (2011-02-19 22:23). So your entry will be accepted.

I am not to dissapointed with where I placed. That lap was from lap 33 on my 1st session. :) Good job peeps! :cheers:
 
In addition to my previous post that I had submitted our times this afternoon, I also notice that had we been asked to submit our replays that they do not reflect the best times we saved when you go in to watch them. I am confused and annoyed with this as I don't understand what could possibly be what I am doing wrong. The times show correctly in the list before you open to play. Once loaded it shows Best Time as something different and then the video and splits show the last lap time which is even worse and keeps replaying that last one. Any solutions would be helpful. thanks, Larry
 
Speaking of your time osrg, shouldn't you have been in Div.2?

Edit: @ Eggman, the replays show the Best Lap as it was at the time of that lap. So what's showing in the replay is your best lap in that session up until the point of your new lap.
