Steward's Comments:

This week marks the two year anniversary of the WRS for GT5 Prologue. We had a good turnout this week, and some tight competition. Special mention to GTP_Sutuki for P2 overall.

Cheers,

OLR Team.

Important notices:
To streamline the WRS administration process, all required replays for this race must be submitted within 7 days. This thread will be listed as "Unofficial" and will become "Official" once all posted replays have been verified. After 7 days, all drivers who fail to provide a requested replay will have their lap disqualified. (Beware, disqualification isn't taken lightly within the WRS)
Drivers who do not have a submitted lap posted in the results are not to post any information related to a laptime they might have achieved in the results thread. Any such posts will have the times removed.

Replay Verification Requests:
This week we would like to see all podium replays for verification. All replays are to be posted here.

Instructions on how to upload your replay can be found here - https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showpost.php?p=3180607&postcount=2

Replay Checking:

  1. It is customary for all participants of the WRS to verify each others submitted replays
  2. Once you have checked the replay, post in this thread to say that you have checked it and whether it's clean, dirty or doesn't meet the required race specifications
  3. When verifying a replay, check against this weeks race specification, check that the tyres are the correct compound and that the power and weight is correct for example
  4. If you are unsure about a replay, always seek a second opinion before posting

Congrats everyone :-)

I'm happy with my time, after my long break and first try on a wheel controller :-)

Cheers 👍

What does the thumbs up mean? and wow please don't promote me to division 3 because of this I've come to love my division 4 brethren :).

Good job everyone.

Congrats on the top times this week.

Well done by CT, Sutuki, and Animera, finding the 43's.

Thanks to everyone for the nice turnout on what was supposed to be the last week of Prologue WRS. :ouch:

Great job everyone. This past week has been fun. :D

And I have the same question as Nish. What do the thumbs up mean?

Here's my replay:

My last sector was even slower then I thought it would be :).

Congrats to all podium places! Special mention to the Roomboter for winning div 3. It's a tight competition the last few weeks :).

Congrats to CT, Sutuki, Roomboter and NishRacer for their divisional wins, and well done to all the podiums.
My replay is attached.

Congrats to all podiums. I know alot of you had to work very hard for reaching your goals. I know i did. Andy you really made me sweat there, when showed up with your last splits.

Congrats to all podiums with a special mention to Sutuki. Clearly div 1 speed. No time at all for me this week to do any runs unfortunately but I know very well that I wouldn't have been able to compete for top spot in div 2 and probably not even a podium.

Wow, great work Room, I suspected you had me there. I wasn't even expecting a podium when I saw Andy's splits, let alone 2nd so I guess my T3 must have been ok. Congratulations to Nish for a maiden D4 win and to CT and sutuki for some awesome times in D1 and D2

I think it is if you are under the mean time for your division.
Well done to all podiums! Phenomenal time CT and Sutuki 👍
Good effort Andy ;)

Well, 36th (out of 36) is not a bad result. After all I'm first...from the bottom! Anyway I had much fun and I'll do my best to improve my results in the next WRS. Congrats and thanks to everyone!

Amazing performances from Brandon and Sutuki 👍

All the best
Maz

Congrats to the various winners and podiums 👍

Great combo Kev... very enjoyable

Congrats to all the podium finishers. Great times these past few week by many drivers. It's been quite fun in d3 these past couple weeks. Alot of drivers & tight competition.

Special mention to sutuki - amazing time & almost took the whole thing this week, great job.

There are some really impressive performances this week so first off congratulations to everyone for submitting their times. Barracoco; technically the strongest guy in the field - holding up the rest of the table.

Well done to the goldentortise for the win and the flying Finn for a stunning time. I suspect Roomboter didn't get a lot of sleep last night, admitting he would be checking the results page whilst in bed ( ;) ) and Nish, buy a cheap damn computer...

Nish buy a cheap damn computer...
Hey, Red Eye (DS3) is my baby, treat her nice and she performs smooth and sexy lol. Just not as sexy as GTP_Lynx-Can and GTP_orsche DS3's because they got fine models

@DGiant2000 "Congratulations to Nish for a maiden D4 win"

You callin me a woman? lol this is my second podium in a row :). Thank's to learning about stability control and turning off TCS, also thanks to iCyCo for pushing me to go faster.

Great to see so many participate this week. This Div. 3 is no joke.
I'm not sure if I'll ever see a gold trophy again.

Here's my replay:

Great lap Sutuki. You're way too fast for D2. Shame of the first corner, but there are some more weeks left to have a go for the win.

Thanks Andy. You did a great job yourself and it was pretty close between us at the line.

Shame for Andy for not finishing on the podium with those awesome splits.

 I actually had a great night of sleep but grabbed my iPhone the moment i woke up to watch the results. Not everybody is as crazy as........., to stay awake and wait for the results.

Offcourse you will

Thanks for the sympathy :). Maybe I've concentrated to much on T2. But on the other hand, it gave me my fastest lap. Those splits combined with my best T3 still wouldn't have been enough to take the win. So a much deserved win for you and a rightful fourth place for me (although a podium place would have been nice, damn you wanstme :P;))

Congrats on completing your baptism of fire that is your first week in division two  I haven't checked your replay jim' because it requests that only the top three from each division submit them for checking this week. It's good practice for you to save your replays though for when you make your first podium 👍

.......Not everybody is as crazy as........., to stay awake and wait for the results.

I err, I may have done that once,..okay, okay, at least twice...... :embarrassed:
