@The Grim Reaper Jamie in the case of your pic, it all depends on you having two wheels on track (inside the white line) before the rumble strips starts. If that's the case and you went wide only over the rumble strips you are A ok. Just to clarify (Hope I'm not confusing you further lol)

Man!! when I looked at the OP I thought it said Racing Medium.

So off I go on RM thinking gee's they are some good times for T1. How the hell are they managing to stop the front slide in the left / right before T1 at that pace.

Now I see why, stupid doddering old phart, all my laps have been on RM's. oh well scrap all them replays start again.

On the plus side you will feel like a superstar switching to the soft rubber.

I think the point is - Track limits beyond the white line is only valid for the length of the rumble strip .

That maybe it for me, way to fast for my eyes. Epilepsy just don't like it one bit, strange only seems to be here and the ring where I start to feel a bit funny. Either the light or camera view bouncing or a mixture of both.

Could be just to damn fast and eyes can't process the info quick enough, fast flickering advertisements on the TV are the same thinking about it.

Update. Starting to ge the hang of it but absolutely bags of time to be had if my optimal is to be believed at nearly 2 seconds a lap faster. I keep hitting fantastic first 3 splits and then panic and lose my head towards the end of the lap. :D

Similar thing happens to me @dranddad.
I can only manage 20m at a time before I start feeling queasy and crosseyed.

Update running within a second of optimal now even though I made a pigs ear of sector 2 on entrance to the straight. Had a big wobble on and just kept it straight. All’s that is left to do is to string together the perfect lap

The other week I did the Daily Race C in the Nissan R92CP on La Sarthe No Chicane quite a few times, the practice seems to have paid off. :D

Still some time to find, especially in the first sector, so I hope I can get a faster lap without getting as dangerously close to one of the green cones as I did in this lap... :scared:

Last update for the day as my lady says she is “sick of hearing that whining noise”. I’ve told her she can shut it as it’s my day off. So deal with it:D

There well over a second left on this event, it's a big track and if you have the cojones and chip away, for me depressing as it is... this is my last day off and set for 10 straight nights shifts again :banghead: so this will probably be what I submit for this event if I don't get another chance, GL to all in the results!

Have fun guys this combo is wicked fun! :gtpflag:

Todays effort, too eager on the throttle causing big tank slapper out of Mulsanne is my usual issue!

Couldn't resist a few more laps.. much happier with this lap, but I have been faster in a lap that pushed the white line limit slightly :( the jigsaw of piecing them all together and staying cool through the last section is the problem for me :p

That first sector time seems too good to be true I’m afraid. :odd: Nice splits though other than that!
