Can't improve and won't I think I've discovered why I've getting slower and slower. After my problem with the double up shift, that seemed to cure itself , I've noticed my breaks are flickering from time to time. Spotted this a while back but thought it was me not coming of the break fully, but today I watched it flicker repeatedly. I'll be out until I can fix it or get a new wheel.
