Replay Checking:

Road course actual lap was 1'46.534.

Shawn - you set a blistering pace this week, was not expecting to catch you even with a whole chuk. You can see from the T4 PB above why I thought I was done for in that sector - my good T4s were all 28.009-28.090, with one really good one, but the actual lap had a 28.16. My times quickly fell off a cliff after that lap, was just too tired.

My arms were actually a little sore from the Oval session - I was bracing the wheel really, really hard to try to keep it steady and smooth, weirdly enough. I've never had that from any other session, even longer ones that raised a sweat.

Thanks to Kev and Blair for the tunes (I tweaked and frankentuned, but I don't have them recorded - I actually used two separate cars, with Rigidity on the oval one), Kev again for the challenging combo, and Vaxen for the lightning quick results.

I knew I didn't have enough in T4 to hold on to the top spot. I'll get my replay posted tomorrow. On my lap, I was PB in all sectors until the final sector. I nearly spun after the downhill and then nearly lost it again coming out of the chicane.

I wasn't at all happy with my T4 and that was my weak sector this week, I got hooked up on the kerb on my fastest lap, and couldnt match my best splits to try and beat it.

Thanks for the comments guys 👍 I must admit it is really satisfying to jump in so late and pull out a good finish, but it is really frustrating to do it that way, and I have to start getting to the combo's earlier - it's a summer thing and hopefully will pass 👍 967 Total km on the car - 300 for break in!
I was sure my final sector could be faster as I kept catching up to, but not passing my PB there, and that's where Mohit got me Nice D2 win 👍
That was close Christina! Nice job on getting a podium finish as well.

This was the strangest combo for me. In my final runs I would gain, then lose, then gain - filp flopping between good and bad sectors. I suppose that's because it's a new track. Usually if I blow a turn early in the lap the whole lap is shot, but not here. I just couldn't get a consistent 'flow' on this track. Dam double apex turns

Edit: I forgot to thank James for this (from the CLK TT):

I've noticed alot people run with 10/1 on the dampers and 7/1 on the ARB, I'm trying to get my head around how that actually works, I just normally leave them at what they are set at, as it feels for me the most balanced for offline TT's and online races.

Fortunately I read this before starting my road course session. Suspension wise, I wound up with the max/min ride height, but left everything else as is.
Camber was set at 2.0/1.0 with toe at ~+0.05 / -0.20 IIRC. The car didn't turn as well as I had wanted, so I lowered the rear damper and ARB settings by 1 (all of them) 2 or 3 times until it was cornering the way I wanted. LSD remained almost stock.

Your current handicap is actually lower (2.453 vs. 2.632). Kevin managed to come closer to his current handicap - the time his current handicap suggests he should reach - by .065(σ ?) ; with the handicaps included, that difference edged him past you.

The key thing there is that it goes off the current handicap in the database, rather than the one originally qualified with.

I probably made that as clear as mud; and I don't play golf 💡. In any case, the lower your handicap is, the harder it is to produce large changes in it, even ignoring historical results.
