GTPlanet App Crashing after iOS 5 Update

After I installed iOS 5 on my iPod and I want to check the forms I subscribed to, it app just crashes. I did re-installed the app, no cigar. Anyone else having this issue?

Yeah. And some threads refusing to load. And no threads open in the 'current' tab.

Yep. Latest version.

I'm not quite sure if I can offer any additional advice, but you could try uninstalling the app completely and then re-downloading it.

Mine is dumping now whenever I try to open a subscribed thread (1.5.6, iOS 5, 3GS) - I'll update after trying the reinstall.

UPDATE: Sadly, no dice. I've reinstalled three times (one from phone, once from iTunes, once from phone after removing saved logins, restarting, uninstalling from phone, and restarting).

It's only affecting (for me) Subscribed threads. The same threads open fine via normal means, so it's not exactly fatal. Current-> Participated works for me.

Ok mine still works 98% good. It quit on me a couple times and froze a couple others. Not too bad, but sketchy.

Exact same thing happening to me. I re-installed it 5 times, but it was still crashing. And also I found out that the app has another problem. Go to More>Profile>Scroll down to actions>And press 'Show all threads you started' or Show all your post'. Neither of these actions work anymore.

EDIT: BTW when I try to read the news, it either does the fallowing:
-Freezes
-Crashes
-Goes slugglish

These all seem to be documented issues with the Forum Runner platform - expect an update next week which fixes these bugs for iOS 5. Sorry for the trouble, guys.

Yeah, the mobile version of the site (it's not technically part of the app itself) is really struggling with the extremely high volume of comments some of the latest posts have received. I'm working on a solution, but until then, you can disable the mobile theme using the slider at the bottom of the page. You should then be able to zoom in and read the posts as normal until I can work out another fix.

I highly recommend setting up push notifications with the latest version of GTPlanet's app and iOS 5's notification center.

Hi guys.

Besides the crashing part, has anyone experienced that there is a long break after each post. I mean, after the text, I have to scroll a lot down before I reach the next post, and I mean a lot. The only thing I see is a white screen.
