I can't help but wonder how much traffic we've lost to GTPlanet.com. I've told people about my site, only to have them respond with less than favorable comments! I'd say they got a lot of misdirected visitors from the feature in Sport Compact Car.

Even though it would be weird to start going to GTPlanet.com if he were to purchase it, I think it would be a better domain name for the site. A .com address would attract much more traffic, I'm assuming.

The first time I tried to go to GTP.net I accidentally entered the .com.
Is this some sort of sick joke? What the hell is this teddy bear doing here?

Now the .com is stuck in my AOL address block so everytime I log on I have to type the whole thing out. Im sure there is some way around that but really haven't spent the time to figure it out.

its not hard to type forums.gtplanet.net lol, i do it all the time.....and im sure he wouldnt switch the site to the .com just redirect the .com to the .net or something like that

No, no, if I purchased it I wouldn't change the name of the site! It would simply be redirected.
