Get your facts straight GTPlanet.net uses Subdreamer, that other website is using a .html page not a CMS system, he simply saved the GTPlanet.net homepage with the images onto his computer opened it in Dreamweaver and played around with it, it's not that hard.

Edit: Let me continue, he then saved the page as a .html page, and the next steps were usual web design steps, you reopen the page, save it as another page, then add content.

You get what I'm trying to say?

Well it had the most profanity that wasn't needed, and VT didn't have to continue with being named "guy from lame forum" that was immature as well.

Gee, both parties seem to be clueless on how to handle themselves in this sort of situation.
Tossing a bunch of explicit flames at eachother doesnt solve a thing, especially backless claims and threats.
So, whether or not Jordan owns copyright to his designs, there is pretty much nothing he can do about it. And if Jordan does own copyright, hes needs to wonder if the civil suit against some ripping kid is good for his wallet. Civil suits arent cheep, and filing suit against some kid wont be good for him either, cause chances are, his parents would counter suit.
I would know, Ive been in this situation several times. The most logical thing Jordan can do is apply to have that ripped site removed. And, like before, if he has copyright, he will know how to do that.
