Well, I've been busy recently, well not really. I just bought them off the internet and sat on my arse a few times.

Firstly, I got a Norev Mercedes SLS in 1/18 scale. I thought about going Minichamps, but I couldn't find a coupe in the right colour, and I preferred the wheels that came on the Norev version. Turns out it's really good quality (though I suck at operating cameras so you can't really tell).

There's actual fabric inside the boot and in the footwells, and the interior looks great, very accurate details and they've even made parts of the underside properly like the engine and exhausts.

The best thing of all though, and this is really good. In the box also comes a screw driver that fits the screws perfectly for most models I have, and a glove designed for dusting off your model... Now that is simply epic, I was bloody stoked. I only paid $75 NZ for it. That's like... $60US.

Then awhile later I bought a couple of 1/43's.

Ixo Atalya Ferrari 250 California... Yeah, I don't display it in its case, it's like a desk ornament, hence the dust. I should have cleaned it with the cleaning glove the Norev SLS came with.

*Insert any of the various manufacturers who make this exact model here* Porsche 906.

Minichamps Porsche RS Spyder Team Dyson. I originally wanted one of the red mirror ones, but they weren't available, so I bought a yellow one anyway. And guess what, about a week or two after I got this, they started selling red mirror ones for the exact same price. :banghead:

And then just today, my newest batch arrived, a bit more interesting this time. I mean seriously, look at this crazy contraption!

I'd never heard of it to be honest, but it looks crazy with that bar thing over the bonnet and the 50's F1 like body and the complete disregard for any safety whatsoever. It looks epic! It's a Talbot Lago T26GS from Le Mans, 1951.

Fairly self explanatory. I mean, if you like rally cars, The Stratos is most necessary.

Also picked up a Renault Alpine A110. I've always liked that livery of the Alpine, so when it was cheap I picked it up.

And I also got another 1/18 car, I finally got an SRT Viper GTS. :D

I was surprised by this actually, in images the panel gap in the bonnet by the headlights looked massive. But when I got the model it's barely there, it's all just in the shading. It's not noticeable in person. Though I do miss the idea of actual fabric in the interior. But it was $40, why am I complaining?

Does Minichamps ever make a 1:64 Mclaren F1 for that matter, and if so where did you find it? I've never seen one before. I've seen SLR McLarens though.

FYI the models I posted up are 1:43. Minichamps/pauls model art made the McLaren f1 in 1:87 1:64 1:43 1:18 and 1:12. Found most of mine via eBay.

I hope that not just DieCast cars are allowed, but anyways. I have had these for a VERY long time now, especially the wooden truck and the Ford UPS car.

G'day all, pretty new here, I've started customising some hotwheels. This is my first attempt so bare in mind. I did a ae86 trueno on real riders.

Built a new Zoids kit, my first in years. Went together pretty well, no real issues. Fine tip black Gundam marker used for the finer details. I have a couple of the newer style Kotobukiya models I'm going to start building as well.

Didn't realize Kinsmart made an Alfa Romeo 4C. Although my local grocery store that usually sells them...stopped selling them. :grumpy:

Also..still on the hunt for a decently priced 2nd generation Lexus GS/Aristo. Still considering those awful Jada DUB ones too...
