Good to know, @MSZ. I've always been associating price with quality and/or scarcity.
I actually ended up purchasing a sealed Holden Racing Team V8 Supercar from 2013. Only paid $100 bucks for it, but it's not that bad...Nah, the sealed Super GTs are cheap because AA overly produced these models, when the whole sealed models concept was NOT popular back then(funny, we are so used to it now). The road car is based on a totally different mold, I will post my G'Zox Mugen NSX here so you be the judge.

At this time, the only models available in the colors I wanted are the Spark dealer editions for the 991 RS. GT Spirit will be making the same model (at a fraction of the price) that I will exchange for the one I got if the color is what I want. Why the dealer edition? Because of the exclusive colour?
Yeah, kinda silly to base a purchase on just the color
Oh, I agree with you. However, in my case, the dealer edition is significantly more expensive than the non-dealer version just because of color. The Ultraviolet and Lava Orange colors are in the thousands now (with a $2000 Lava orange one on ebay now), the white and birch green ones (dealer editions) are about $500-600, whereas the non-dealer silver one is about $300ish at least according to ebay. If GT Spirit made one, it would be even less than that.Nonsense. The red 964 RWB is still <<< green 964 RWB.![]()

I got a birch green one (#217/911) for a lot less than it should have been. Then again I bought it on ebay about 3 weeks ago and it's not arrived yet. Perhaps it was a scam!![]()

It's actually made by Classic Carlectables, not Apex.Made by Apex, right? I wanted the Volvo S60, but couldn't stand the cheap looking antennas on the roof.

Looking forward to more 1/43 GL releases.

That does look pretty hot in dark green. I just wish these were easier to pre-order, since often Amiami doesn't have pics of many IG pre-orders...
They also sell out too fast <___>
Seems pretty decent. The couple Ixo models I have are comparable with your typical Minichamps in detail. The only other F40 that I know of for a somewhat affordable price is the Kyosho, which runs around $70 USD or so.I want a decent F40 in 1:43 for around $50 CAD. Is the FERRARI F40 1987 Rouge by IXO FER007 any good?
Here's what it looks like http://www.ebay.ca/itm/FERRARI-F40-...293566?hash=item23603a5f3e:g:cMoAAOSwcu5UQs6p
Any other suggestions?
I really do want one of these IG S30's though, but between the rarity and price, I dunno. I already have a Kyosho one, and I have the AA Devil Z pre-ordered. Might get one of the IG ones some day though to make a nice trio.Amiami had pics of this green a while ago actually, but yes I know what you're getting at. I'm surprised many people blindly preorder some of these.
I would grab that thing in a heartbeat. If I had the money...I want a decent F40 in 1:43 for around $50 CAD. Is the FERRARI F40 1987 Rouge by IXO FER007 any good?

Used a GM01 Gundam Marker (funny, considering I call the Nissan GT-R a Gundam) to do the panel lines. Will take pics of some of the other resin models I added lines to later...
