Herpa 1:500 Airbus A330-200 Beluga XL
Gemini 200 Buffalo Airways Lockheed L-188 Electra
NG 1:400 Southwest Airlines 737-8's in Canyon Blue and Desert Gold
All these models are just flawless. Can't find any defects and the moulds are so accurate to the real thing. They don't come cheap but the quality is top notch, much like the model car segment. What a time to be alive. I am delighted to see this once extremely niche hobby explode in popularity. The shop I go to is stacked with models every time I visit, and I never leave dissatisfied. It's crazy. There are boxes stacked on top of boxes, some being close to 2 metres tall. It's impossible to get a bad model these days because the segment is just soo competitive. NG, the makers of the Southwest 737's, have pushed the likes of Gemini Jets into making more accurate moulds with extra details. The best thing? It's the consumers that win big, hence why I keep coming back.
