Oh God... I want to see this..

As do I, can't imagine on how it'll cope with cars that change gears slowly mind. :p

Something like this probably,

Last (pause) Christmas (pause) I gave you (pause) my heart, etc.

Almost got whammed.

Comcast gives us "Music Choice" stations, which is like a radio. My brother had it on the Christmas songs. The song that was on had just finished.

On the name tag, which appears a few seconds before the song starts, I see...

"Wham! Last Christmas."

I have never ran out the door faster than today.

Status update: songs I've heard today...

- That "died in your arms tonight" song
- The original "I love rock n' roll" song

And "21st of September" as well. This is almost looking too easy.

Oh god. But assuming the song is involved in any way, it could possibly be a cover, and covers don't count.

Last Christmas the Doctor regenerated (Wait, it was the Christmas special right?)
And hopefully this time I won't get Whammed.

Feel free to take the risk, but I feel certain the writers will have given the song some kind of naming nod by way of a few seconds.

The worst part is, I had to hang out in the cold shed with nothing to do for about five minutes while I waited for the song to end.
Then you walk back in only to realize he paused it for you so you wouldn't miss it.

Despite not having anything Christmas related for my stations, I thought it best to not tempt fate by firing up Pandora at work, especially after that lovely message from them a few days ago.

I am very fearful of being whammed now... went out today, tried to keep my ears very occupied!

This is hilarious! I never knew this was a thing on GTP. I've been saying for years this is the worst Christmas song of all time. I've already heard the song anyway this year. Good luck to those who're still in the challenge!

Instant Wham! :p

I'm risking it. I know I'll be safe as long as they don't play the original audio of the song. If they reference it it any way, then it would count as a cover, and covers don't count. I'm taking the risk. In the end, it all comes down to just how far we can slide.
