GTS won't launch (black screen)

It only does that when my line is congested ie. i'm on torrents or its raining.

If my line is clean it comes up pretty quick. Its not my machine or PSN, its just that on start it needs to sync a lot of info back to the mothership.
 
I had this issue back when I was stuck with a less than optimal wi-fi connection.

My workaround was to turn off the PS4 internet connection in order to force the game to start in offline mode, and then switch it back on so GTS would properly connect to the servers.

I recently switched to wired and now it's fixed.
 
Ive always used wired connection, and I have 50/50 mbps. I have had many blackscreeens lately, from 1 sec to maximum 3 seconds....had this issue many months ago and now its coming back.
 
I actually pressed the record button right after it happend, and when I look at it it doesn show I got the black screen, than it must be the tv??
