The Lancer Evolution series didn't really have much power to begin with due to Japan's domestic regulations of 280hp. The successor, the Evolution 9 has a more aerodynamic body design than the Evo 8 because of the aluminum roof which has several fins at the back that Mitsubishi called the vortex generators, which made the car more stable at high speeds than the Evo 8.

Compared to most European cars like the M3 and M5, 280hp fares poorly, though the Evo handles better :D

Weapon is a reference to Iron Man (Tony Stark owns that weapon manufacturer), 6 is a reference to the table of nuclides, and whats no. 6 there? Carbon, a reference to NFS Carbon where Darius drives a Le Mans Quattro (but it looks 90% like the R8).
The number 26 also refers to the table of nuclides, and no. 26 is Iron.
And the garage thing, the Ford GT is a reference to Nikkis car in Carbon, the Saleen and the Cobra is in Tonys garage, but he never uses them.
The nuke thing refers to the table of nuclides if you haven't guessed it:)
