I did a boat-load of stuff to that picture, but I did not blur it. Actually, I sharpened it a bit before weaving and embossing it after I applied a bump map and mapped a canvas onto it.
 
To be honest it just looks like a headlight sat on top of a table....
 
I bet if we could see a unedited version of that photo that it would still take ages to get right..

Still, I thought the idea of this, over the other guess the car thread, was that the pictures weren't edited (other than cropping)... otherwise, what's the difference?
 
I'm gonna go with the R32 so cause that's a older model and that headlight looks like maybe a late 90's early 00's headlight.

Actually, the entire point was to edit it.

The problem came when people started to reverse search the images, so precautions had to be taken against that.
Plus I like using GIMP.
