ok one of the most important rules and probably the only rule is that only the person who posted the picture may only say who is right or wrong. unless they have made a mistake or haven't responded in 18 hours

Your rule doesn't say 18 hours from the posting of the picture. GT916 hasn't made a mistake and he is still responding, and the rule states that you cannot move on until 18 hours after GT916 (in this case) stops responding, so you cannot just post another picture.
