To MazdaPrice the Frogeye is from Britain, and to Tyrrell, the front is indeed to the right, but it isnt one of those.
It was produced from 1952 to 1956

Now that I look at it, it's the mustang mach III concept! I remember having one of those as a hot wheels, I knew those rear lights were from something I had seen before. Here is the original pic.:
