I'm not sure if it counts, there was a only 2 of them built one was a prototype and the other was a production version that cost $1 million,but never said anything about it being sold.
There is really no info on the car, the only info is from a craigslist ad from when someone was selling the production version few years ago.

Hmm the Lands is an interesting car, but I don't think that's it. The one up for sale recently was kinda grey, the car in the pic above *seems* to be mostly white, but black halfway up. Unless the other prototype was white? Can't find pics though.

But "only 2 made" seems a big coincidence...(also bending the rules a little there)
 
The auction house that listed the recently sold Precedent provided a slew of technical information about the car, and also says it was one of two prototypes. Thus I'd say it doesn't qualify for production car status, making the round invalid. If we are to believe the Craigslist ad from 2007, which says only one production car was built (the one in the picture), I don't think it would classify as a production car either, rather a one-off curiosity. It's an awesome car, though. A design catastrophe, but an infinitely awesome one.
