Al right, nobody is getting close so I'll give this one a proper answer.
1: No.
2: The 400,000 does NOT stand for the amount of people watching.
3: The gull refers to the SLS AMG, NOT the 300SL.
4: The people cheering is not the part of that part of the clue you should be focusing on, it's the "sat down" you should concentrate on.

My computer was so slow I missed this post.
This is the correct answer, and here's why:


"And as the stars and the stripes began to end"
This is referring to the Stars and Stripes seasonal, "began to end" means near the end but not there yet=2nd to last race.

"and as the wings of the gulls began to come into sight"
This clue refers to the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, the highest PP-rated car able to be received from a level 13 ticket, the prize for winning all of the S&S races.

"403,400 people sat down and cheered."

The 403,000 is the amount of money received by winning the event at 200% prize bonus. "Sat down" refers to a lot of people playing this game in a racing seat, which wraps up the clue as being not a real track.

Easily the most sophisticated riddle this thread has ever seen, and I doubt we'll be seeing any nine-part clues any time soon.
