The words "On the grounds" should really give it away, as Tsukuba has one configuration, but the venue isn't technically part of the course, but is in a parking lot, visible from the long sweeper before the start/finish straight.
I will give you a painfully blatant hint. If there is a tornado headed your way and you're in an F1 car, will you be able to experience the fear of seeing it, or will you continue to exhibit Super Stiggy Swagga as if you couldn't see anything but the ghost that's getting away, corner by corner.
Final Hint: This is the only venue where you could see the influence of Home Depot, The Fast and The Furious, and the beginning of a racing career, all while being completely unaffected by a moon or a sun.
