I'm usually flying by that area at 120+ miles an hour or whatever. The other day I was watching a replay and thought "Hey, is that in English?, cool. Nobody's gonna know it's from a French track!"

Restaurant is spelled the same in French? That explains it...I went to a private, Catholic middle school and had take 3 years of French (we all did). I don't remember a thing. I really wonder how I managed to pass French. Perhaps we didn't exactly have to pass it.

Well, you both got it in a way. Monte Carlo=Cote d'Azur, so both of you win. I give just a slight edge to David48, however, since he gave the official PD naming of the track.
Both you guys get to share this car; good thing it's got two seats
. Be careful, it cost a lot of money. Don't start fighting over who gets to be driver and who gets to play "navigator".
