I feel like I know it, but the way you have blurred the photo makes it look older though. I'm stumped.

Hint of epic proportions, and Danny, if you don't recognize it, I'll be very disappointed: It raced at Le Mans itself.

The first is a no - though I'd love the final guess to be this precise.

And the second guess isn't even a valid one. Judds are engines, and I assume you meant Pescarolo - but that's still without a chassis.

I apologise, I thought that that was what they were called

And for my next guess........let's go with a 2003 Compuware #50 Chevy Corvette C5-R

are we heading in the right direction with this as far as le mans/american le mans is concerned?

And how new are we talking about as far as the car debut?

well the r89 and r92 were Nissans and a car that made it's debut this year was the Nissan GT-R LM so that is gonna be my guess

If it isn't that, I am all out of ideas

GT-R LM hasn't raced at Le Mans.

For a clue Metar, is the photo head or side-on?

yeah he's referring to the pescarolo judd, much like someone could guess the 'mclaren-mercedes'. :D I'm damn sure Pescarolo have raced with judd engines...

Or if it isn't the GT-R, it is the #11 Team Oreca Matmut Oreca 01 driven by Oliver Panis, Nicolas Lapierre and Soheil Ayari which finished 5th in it's 1st Le Mans 24 Hour

But it did race in the AMERICAN Le Mans

I'm sorry when did it race in the ALMS, it would be hard considering it's not legal.

im sure hes refering to the Doran Ford GT-R just get rid of the LM and you know what hes talking about so quit being so picky. all you had to do was correct him and be done with it

but im going to guess its a Porsche 996 GT3 RSR though i have no idea what team would have that livery.

ive been trying to find spotter guides for past le mans but cant find any past 08

The Matmut is painfully close - but it's not the right one.

Side from a high-ish (around 45deg?) angle.

Indeed, they raced mostly Judd engines.

In that case hows about #10 Team Oreca Matmut Courage Oreca LC70 AIM?

If it is that one, prepare to see a grown man cry

How about the #12 Signature Plus Courage-Oreca LC70E?

Well nobody mentioned the Ford GT-R and he assumed we meant that. We had only previously mentioned the Nissan GT-R LM from this year.

damn, i don't think it's the Ford, this is a difficult one because I have been through all of the new entries for this year's Le mans 24 Hour

Okay then, this is my last guess before I throw in the towel, raise the white flag etc. etc. etc.

Is it the #31 Team Essex/Poulsen Motorsport Porsche RS Spyder Evo?

(In Head and praying:- God, let it be right)

Welter Racing Zytek?

edit no, that isnt it

COURAGE C6-GODDAMN 5?!!?!?!!?!

Right, and earlier slightly-less-blurred version:

Yes, it looks a little like a Rothmans Williams.
