Not Initial D... the game was only released in Japan, but it's not an underground game... it is rather popular in Japan and people outside Japan who are interested in racing games should have at least read sth about the game. Ok another hint : it is not a single game, there is a series.

PC Game, this is the Cover of the CD case, Im pretty sure the box was the same but it took a while to even find this picture.

Not Out Run and not a naughty game. Not sure if it had to do with mars, I dont think it was too specific but I think there were various ficticious locales that you went to. Give me a few minutes I can try to find out more details like when it was released and such.

EDIT: This game is from the mid 1990's, on PC only. The above picture is indeed from the CD case, I have now found box art that is a little different but who knows, maybe the boxes looked different in other countries. If you need hints, ask questions or make more guesses ;)

No, No and No, there was no killing of pedestrians, but there were weapons on the cars so you could disable the cars you're racing with.

There was a character in the game named Lance Boyle....

I should also say this was a trilogy of games so tell me which one I posted the cover from.
