I never played this game so I don't know if it's a hard one or not. But I liked the cover and decided to post it.

Someone posts part of a game's cover, and says what platform(s) [Xbox, PS2, PC, PSP, NDS etc] the game is on. If the game is not on any of PS2/Xbox/PC/PSP/NDS, please say what other console(s) features it.

Everyone else has to try and guess what the game is (2 guesses max per post please).
