Actually, its called ASL Garaiya. but yes, correct Autobacs bought Tommykaira and called it ASL. ASL = Autobacs Sportscar Laboratory. The Garaiya is in essence a facelifted, re-badged Tommykaira ZZ with a new engine (Nissan SR20VE)

It's stock and it's in GT6. It does give out an econo car vibe but it's not that at all.
