Halp With Burned X-Box DVD's/"Back Ups"

I was wondering if you know anything about X-Box burned games, if you do, i would appreciate if you could give a few helpful hints.

Only way I've heard to do it is with a modded x-box. Network it with a PC to copy the data across to a dvd burner from the x-box hdd (or directly from the x-box dvd drive ... though that would be slower). Networking x-box to PC requires a program downloadable (apparently for free), but I can't remember the name of it. I'll post another reply if it pops back into my head. Make sure you have a cross-over cable to network to PC if you're not going through a hub or ASDL / cable modem. The genuine x-box system link cable is a cross-over cable.
