I had one of my favorite meals, [HomerSimpson] Enchiladas![/HomerSimpson] with Mexican rice. Root Beer float at home for desert with cake.

A mexican place over here called La Bamba makes enchiladas en mole that are to die for. 👍

Second'ed; La Bamba's is pretty good, and the prices are fair. El Mariachi isn't too bad, either, but a little more expensive, but less waiting.

Although, I've had better Mexican food from three different places in the Gainesville-Starke area.
