Hi Bollocks...yeah...i have settings for the race car too but it steers badly and skids when turning at high speed...could you post your settings for the Zonda Race car in the settings section..(if you dont mind)....i would like to try them

the elise trophy i found very easy and the Yaris cup....

If you found the Elise Trophy and the Pro Vitz easy, you have to know Rome Circuit II pretty well, in which case the Italian AG is all about the settings.

The 2nd race is a challenge because they don't pit, but these guys aren't the best drivers, and you can pit and still beat them with a lower-power car. I won it by over 20 seconds using a stock Zonda Race Car with stock T5's without an oil change.

It's important to change the settings so the car can turn a little better. If you use the settings above, you can go through the whole backstretch without having to brake to turn in front of the pit entrance. That helps a lot, and you'll gain several seconds every lap on the main straight.

Like I said, though, just because a specific car is hard to win a series with doesn't mean the series is really hard unless that's the best car you're allowed to use. I could just as easily say the hardest event is the Formula GT with the Mini Cooper 1.3i.

And BTW, you can easily get the Zonda Race Car from the Pro All Japan GT Championship. Just enter with an F1 car and do the save/load trick.

I'm unfamiliar with the save load trick. Do you save before the last race, then win the race, and see what car you get ? If it's wrong re-load and run it again ?

Also The c12s is the car most will have to use unless they replay the championships a few times to get the Race Car, I tried entering a few endurance races but never won one

If you have a second memory card, you can save the game on the second card (when you get the car you want), reload from the first and run the race (and win), then buy the car off the garage on the second card... Then save the new garage to BOTH cards

Well, you do have a 50% chance of getting a Zonda Race Car if you do the Monaco & Rome enduros first.

The save/load trick means you do the first 9 races of the series, then save, then skip the last race and win on points. If you don't get the car you want, you reload. Then you can get the one you want really fast. You do rack up a loss for the last race, though, so if you care about that, you'll need to run the last race every time you reload.

Also, if you've done the series before and don't care about your win/loss ratio, you only actually have to do 5 of the races. Run the series in an F1 car. On the first race, you keep track of what car is in 2nd place the whole time. Then as you lap the field, ram the #2 car into the walls, off into the sand, whatever. Just keep beating him up until he's about 1/2 lap behind the rest of the AI cars, then finish the race. You get 10 points, the best AI car gets 1 point. You do the same thing for the first 5 races, so you have 50 points and the best AI car has 5 points. On races 6 - 10, you start the race, then as soon as you get into 1st place you quit. This is sort of a bug, because if you quit while you're in 1st place, that means nobody gets 10 points for the race. The 2nd place car will get 6 points for the race. Then at the end of the series, you win on points because you have 50 and the best AI car has 35.

You don't have to just do the first 5. You can do any 5 you want (except you have to skip the last race to do the save/load trick quickly). For example, in the Pro All Japan GT, you would want to skip the two 20-lap races and the 15 laps at Test Course to get it done quickly.

i am just wondereing am i the only 1 who thinks that the eunos rodster endurance is difficult as hell? it is sooo hard to pass those god damn roadsters when the stick to the line like glue, you cant drift cuz the car has like 100 sum odd horsepower and and.....god i hate that race

That's why you put T2's on the Miata LS and pass them when they pit. I did put it in my list of the top 5 hardest things in my post on page 2...

Actually, if you're 7 points ahead you can win. Save before the last race, then start the last race and get to the front (1st) then quit. No one will get the ten points and the computer at the most will get 6 points.

I thought the Zonda race car handled much better than the Zonda C12... If you can't beat the Italian Avant Garde with the Zonda race car, you need some serious improvement in your driving skills. Or a good setup. Or both.

i have already been branded a 'socialist' and 'anti-american' on this forum, both of which are untrue....i dont rise to childish taunts...i mean the mere fact that he said the Race car is much better than the C12s shows how little he actually knows about racing the two cars...

the images i posted (if you look carefully) are not of the Rome circuit...there is no gravel at Rome...so this is not a picture of me competing in the IAG race....

i am not the best racer by far but i do compete in online racing and i have been racing this game for years....i know how to handle the Zonda

I agree with you completely. The Pagani Zonda C12S is soooo much better than the Zonda Race Car, provided that both are modded. Obviously the Race Car will be the better stock car, for the simple fact that race cars arent really... stock. So ya I got into the Italian Avant Garde and thought "Oh damn Im screwed." But my C12S shut em down. Anyways just my thoughts on the raging Pagani wars.
