Has any game ever made you so angry?

I swear, i've never had a game make me so freakin angry.

NFSU really takes the cake when it comes to pissing me off. I recall that one time i was actually about to get up and kick my playstation! Right before i did it though, i realized what i was about to do and i just stomped around a bit instead.

And on top of that, i never thought i'd swear so many times in less than one minute!

This game sure knows how to make me angry sometimes... :mad:
 
Either the Nintendo 64 controllers were poorly constructed, or I threw hard, but I went through about 4. Ken Griffey Jr. Major Leauge Baseball on SNES causes me to turn the console on, and off, repeatidly, very fast, causing it to loose the information. The PS2 games are pretty easy. I just sort of curse, and hold onto the controller a little tighter.

Congrats to you though Rumple. Your the first person I've heard of to bite a controller. Not trying to be rude, but the thought of some crazed player, biting the controller is just causing me to giggle constantly.

Haha, like I said in my story in the other thread, I actually tried to gnaw my way through the entire handle and bite the controller in two, but the plastic was too hard so I just gnawed off the buttons.

Ive successfully destoryed 2 controllers because of this game.:mad:

I have gone through four controllers in my ps2. The one I am using the fifth one, and I am possibly thinking about buying one more, but not to break it.

I remember I broke one by twisting it with my own hands.

Advice: Do not play Virtua Fighter 4. Dont even think about putting it on your PS2.
 
I've never done anything really bad. The worst I've done is thrown my controller towards the tv and it hit the stand the tv was sittin on and the controller hit the floor. Still worked although from then on I had a bad rattling noise coming from it.

But, you don't know angry until you've tried to complete Burnout. Trust me on that one.
 
I've destroyed 1 controller, but it wasnt by anything physical.

It was an old (very nice) controller (barracudda 2). One day i was just messing around in my Gameshark on my regular playstation, and i guess i sent some sort of command to the controller through a game and it totally screwed up all the buttons. It was a reprogrammable controller, but i couldnt figure out how to reset the commands, and even when i thought i did it still didnt work.

Be careful with those gamesharks... :odd:

I bit into the cushioning on the left analog stick of PSX controller and ripped it off once. I forget which game made me that angry, but I regret buying it. The second hand shop would'nt give me as much for my PSX when I tried to sell it. :irked:
 
Grand Theft Auto Vice City pisses me off the most out of all my games. I have very good anger management so I dont throw anything. But I do think GTAVC is the best game to get pissed off at. Cuz you can just go around killing people and blowing up cars. Its a good release

Blowing up cars doesn't work when you get glitched on 99% though. :grumpy:
 
I have a friend who rarely swears except for playing rugby games on the PS2. It's really weird, he goes all evil eyed and shifty as soon as he starts playing.:mad:

I agree. Both GTA3 and Vice City are great anger therapy games. Sometimes, I can go nuts from the other game, fire up Vice City and then go calm with just hearing the music or hearing some hilarious quote from a pedestrian.
 
Stuntman was one of those games that made me almost throw my controller at a wall. It was so difficult that you practically couldn't pass any of the movies. I'm glad I only borrowed it from a friend instead of wasting $50 on it.

Stuntman pissed me off the first time I fired up the good old PS2.
 
I hate Adventure games, I hate them. I hate it when you get stuck on a level that's nearly impossible to beat.

NFS:U hasn't been like that for me yet. I tend to stay away from Adventure games. Racing and sports are the way to go.:p

I have to agree. When I play Vice City, I never get angry, never. I listen to VRock or the Emotion and I could just play and never get mad. Vice City still is a good ass game.
 
The DS2 controllers are built tough. I've thrown mine at everything and my vibration function still works in fact everything still works.

Games that have pissed me off countless times are:
Indycar series, cause it's hard
WRC ll Extreme, cause it's really hard
WRC3, cause it's really really hard
and Jak and Daxter, cause it's boring
 
Yes, oh yes. This game has pissed me off beyond belief at times. The game and I are taking a little bit of time off from each other. I just can't stand the rubberband AI. I mean, do they have to make it so obvious?

TXR3 is so much better than Underground, anyway. I suggest anyone who is frustrated by Underground goes and gets it, now!
 
the drag racing is really the only thing that p's me off on this game


and i definitly love GTA i just play it and instently float off to a happy place(untill tommy just holds the gun insead of shoting it like he suposed to when ya press the fire button:lol: )
 
Gahh the drag racing in this game is lame as hell its the 2004 version of frogger why cant you just be able to steer as in the rest of the game?
Another thing is when you win a race series or something and the reward is a poxy sticker or window tint:confused:
