Has the promised replay upload feature been implemented yet?

Hey fellas. I did a search and came up with nothing. I still have some replays in GT5 I'd like to upload to youtube like they said we would. I'm just wondering have they implemented the replay upload feature like they said yet. I'd like to give some GT5 replays the same treatment as these I've done here:



 
I thought it was implemented in Spec 2 but I never made a point to check...Anyway, hopefully it will come come in due course.

Might be added in a future update, but it will most likely need your PS3 to be on for a long amount of time due to it might not being server side due to the length of videos that will be allowed.

It is probably better if you invest in a HD capture card so you can capture HD footage in all games, surely it is a big hassle collecting up small clips and putting them together for games that support uploading video clips. You could always buy one and sell it once you are done with it.
