I notice many of you have like 20 or so X1's, or Ferrari's or F1's. WHERE DO YOU GET THE MONEY WITHOUT BORING YOURSELF TO DEATH, I think that is an addiction. :lol: But then again, I do have at least 3 Audi R8's, 1 stock, one racing tune (not full tune, just tuned to 600 or so HP, and massive weight reduction, and racing equipment. one full tune, and a V10 version (in blue, because that colour is beautiful, I'm sooooo disappointed that it can't be put on other cars (I want it on my Viper GTS)

I've purchased a few duplicates accidentally, believing I didn't have them and then discovering that I really did and now have two. For the early seasonals that had ridiculous horsepower limitations such that having a stock car with an oil change made it so that you can't use it in the event, I had to buy a few duplicates. I've voluntarily bought duplicates of the F2007, F10, and Formula GT so that I can have different liveries for them.
 
Oh god yes, I have a lot of McLaren F1s, and I still want more. :D

For a while, I had a couple Amuse S2000 GT1 Turbos and a couple Nissan GT-R V-Specs. I was running them so much in B-Spec that I tried to keep a multiples on hand. I realized it was silly, and sold them off (although maybe I should've traded them off).

Now, I've got a couple Isuzu 4200R Concepts and a couple Nissan Calsonic GT-R Race Cars, because I wasn't paying much attention at the start to the cars I could win as prizes. (At least I can sell the Isuzu.) I think there's a half-dozen other cars that I bought that I'll also win as a prize, but I don't remember all of them.

I'll end up with duplicates, but I'm focused first on getting one of every car before I have duplicates. It'll be nice to have different colors and different tunings of certain cars (like the Pagani Zonda R - so I can have one that hasn't been repainted).

Yup, two drifting S13's, one with chassis rigidity and one without. Also, two Mines BNR34 Skylines, in different colors because they are unpaintable?!!

Good thing we have the blue check mark on the already bought/won cars and the engine limiter for restricting power output, thus lowering perfomance points.

I've bought 4 different coloured Altezza Touring Cars, although the colour difference is only visible around the front grill and wing mirrors.
 
I buy every Honda Fit[?], as they always appear in Iris Red Pearl, a disgusting hue of pink, for the paint chips so I can paint things pink...

Probably have at least 7 of them.

Sorting by manufacturer is probably the easiest way, since it will narrow things down the most.

Pick one maufacturer, then sort by model.
That's the best way to see if you have duplicates.

I have 4-5 MR2 MK2's, two Supra SR-Z (haven't found another RZ yet). A couple Altezza/IS200. 2 Celica GT-Four (98), and 2 Lexus SC300s. As you can tell I'm a fan of Toyota and aim to tune all the performance models, so multiple cars are good for different setups. Plus it's fun, and I don't have to worry about saving 20 mil for every one. At the most i need 40 grand lol.

I have 2 SLS AMGs. I bought the second one to mimic the SLS AMG GT3 race car (white, massive rear wing, etc.)

I've bought cars just for their paint chip - like that same Honda for that same Iris Red Pearl paint chips, or TVR cars for Reflex Spice paint chips - but I've always sold off the extra copies of the car.

The paint chip thankfully stays behind. 👍

It some time usefull to buy another car which you have already have.If you have a car under a miliion and its a premium car you might as well buy a new one because you may have to spend a million on repairing the car on GT auto.A waste of of money.But do think you dont want to buy it no remembering it you have added a back wing and given it a turbo charger.So think before you do it.

Also you may just want have another one because you want it in different colour or have a carbon bonnet so its perfectly normal to buyanother car it may pull to your advantage.
 
I have 3 LFAs, 3 2004 Z06s (one tuned), 3 2006 Z06s (again one tuned), 6 2009 ZR1s, 10 Camaro SS 2010s (one RMed to the max, 1 tuned to the max, all the other 8 are different colors), 3 Dodge Challengers, 2 R34 GT-Rs (one tuned) 2 R35 spec Vs (one tuned) 2 C63 (one tuned), 2 CR-Zs, 2 2007 Miatas (one tuned) 2 370zs (one tuned), 4 STIs (two sedans two hatchbacks) and will soon be adding a second LP640 to combat tuned Enzos in online drag races (even the 850 horsepower Z06 is too slow...) and oh yeah.. my favorite pair, 2 2001 R8 race cars!

EDIT- bought 3 more ZR1s, 4 more Z06s, and 2 more Camaros.. plus i miscounted the 2010 Camaros.. turns out i missed one existing car, with the additional 2, i now have 11 stockers, one RM and a tuner, for a total of 13, with the additional 3 ZR1s, i now have 9, all stock, and with the additional 4 Z06s i now have 7

Three Lancer Evolution Vs. One fully tuned in Canal Blue Metallic, and two in Phantom Black Pearl (one full stock, to save it to another account if i ever need one, and my signature car, tuned to low-to-mid RPMs, without weight reduction)
 
I have about 15 Karts...I like to paint them different colors, and race them online.
