Pre-ordered CE from Amazon.uk - tbh, any supplier that is putting dates on is a bit daft, seeing as Sony hasn't given a new official date... apart from Oz and Xmas(?)
I don't think we will even see a confirmed date from Sony, until 2 weeks before launch now. I know they've done some silly things in hind-sight, but promising a new launch date, before they have physical stock in hand or shipping from manufacture - I don't think they'll gamble...
If Sony Entertainment are prepared to 'move' Blu-Ray Movies and Blu-Ray Music they are releasing, I think they may use allocation space/production space to rob Peter and pay Paul... at least if they can, it will make them have a little more stock available... to ship anywhere now later than Xmas will cost them sales in the short term, especially for bundles...!
I think we'll see short supplied, not everyone, I think those safe will be those who've pre-ordered...
I think shipping and g'teed stock will be allocated as follows when it launches
1.Pre-orders web orders
2.Shop pre-orders
3.Allocation to retailers for PS3 Bundles
I reckon all those who are banking on walking in, day of launch to retail, will be out of luck in quite a few areas...
Those silly enough to cancell pre-orders and re-order prob won't see their game in the initial shipped allocations either... they'll be almost at the back of the Q now... and quite rightly so...
