Preordered GT5 in the summer of 2009. Upgraded to CE as soon as GameStop got a sku in their system.
 
Keep em coming guys, theres more than 12 people on this forum.

I want to get an idea of percentages of people that have pre-ordered. I know this site will have higher pre-order levels than the general community but it is still an indicator.

So please, everyone vote. It will give a much more accurate figure.
 
No, I've never pre-ordered any GT and have always managed to pick one up at launch. It doesn't seem to be one of those games which fly off the shelves in 30 seconds! Unless a supermarket does another £25 style deal.

I have one copy pre-ordered with Amazon 'release day delivery' and I intend buying one at a supermarket midnight release.
One copy for me, one copy for my brother, we get to play it as soon as humanly possible, and get a reasonably priced copy too.

I got the amazon copy for £26 too, with a credit card sign-up deal, I'll pay the card off and close it down immediately.

Screw the banks wherever possible I say.
 
I pre ordered the standard version a couple weeks ago naively believing it was a month to actual release of the myth that is GT5, right now i feel back in no mans land where ive been for the last 2 yrs once again with no end in sight:grumpy:👎
 
No because I knew it would be a while before this game was actually released. I still dont really expect it to come out this year. When it comes out, it comes out. I have plenty of other games to keep me busy.
 
Yep, paid for the Collector's Edition and now am just patiently awaiting for it to arrive on, uh, a day in the future.
 
Pre-ordered the SE last week, just before the announcement of the delay.

I'm too worried at this stage...
 
No, I will pick it up at a store when it arrives. If possible the day before release. Not then early in THE morning on releaseday.
 
No, I dont preorder games anymore. I havent had a problem finding any game on release day since I guess GTA Vice City. I'm 100% positive Ill find GT5 on release day, if that day ever actually comes.

The other reason is I found this mom n pop game shop in Elizabeth NJ that sells every game early. I got uncharted 2 ten days before release, among many others.
