Help! Entire Garage Lost!

Hey GTPlanet, I know I'm new here but I'm in an awful situation: yesterday I was playing my PS3 when a storm came through my area. I don't know why, but a power surge went through my house and shut off my PS3. When I turned it back on, all my files were corrupted. Long story short, I was hoping you guys could help me get back on my feet. I lost 500+ cars (including the academy cars and my chromelines), all of my rare paints, gear items etc. Please, if you have anything that can help me rebuild my garage I would be more than grateful. If you can help, please PM me.

Yes I know I'm new and you may be doubtful, but I came upon this site recently and have been browsing around and I believe in the goodwill of this community. Thank you.

Dragons Den all over lol, but seriously feel for you mate which is why im going to sponsor this cause who ever pledges the most to this needy charity shall receive any 2 bday tickets they want.
 
You should be able to re download all of your chromelines. Go into your download history through the main PS3 screen, whatever they call it. Should be under your account management. I had to re-download my few DLC cars.

EDIT: And this certainly seems possible to me. The game says don't turn off while saving and the power could have shut off while he was saving something.

To those doubting the guy, PM him for PSN. Check his trophy status for his GT5 progress, his 'First Win' trophy should tell if he now starting or lost his garage for real.

I have a trade day empty Friday. I will send you something of my choice. Or maybe I will send you a Ferrari and that way you can beat the Ferrari challenge easily and make a ton of cash. Which would you prefer?

I feel for you mate, I lost my whole garage too a power surge in a storm corrupted my whole PS3 data GT5 and every game I played. So I had to re-format my HDD mind you I was Driver level 32 A-spec,29 B-spec and over 700 cars.
So for now on every time I exit game to change I back up my data. If you need a hand PM me and if need to I'll Share expensive cars with you while everyone else passes you some cars to get you back up to where you were.

raced the seasonals a lot and grinded indy America championship then brought a lot of cheap cars UCD to boost the garage count. Also b spec races a friend was racing for me gave me a lot of cash to spend as well.

Now I'm back up to driver level 40 A-spec and B-spec also a complete garage 1031 cars that's on the official list garage count now is 1210

LOL, these threads pop up daily.People always trying to get something for free.Go grind sarthe in the ferrari seasonal.In about 3 hrs you will have 20mill cr.Buy all the car you were missing.
 
Ditto get grinding. When you had everything you offered nothing now you have nothing you want everything I have 5 accounts all started from scratch and I have never begged for a single helmet and never will . If you enjoy the game that much you won't mind starting over. Good luck , I'm Out.

i lost all mine once as well and just played the seasonals to help build creds up, i will send you a ticket when got free slot bud so you can get a car with. let me know which you like and if got it will send ok !!!!
