I think I remember reading about an easter egg, not sure which game, that on I believe deep forest, there is a lone, burning tree. Now I wish the sheep thread wasn't locked.

I beleave it was in gt4. When you came out of the woods coming down hill (last 1/4 of the track) if you looked straight out you could see a dark column of smoke.
A note to whomever dug this thread up: thanks! I had completely forgotten about this and my post! I read it just now and literally thought "who is this demon that stole my joke" lmao! GASP!!! The green people did it!

Another thing I noticed: The two faced people of the world of gran turismo. Drive up to a barrier with fans nearby. They're facing you, but WHAT'S THIS DEVILRY!!! You hit look back and great scott! They're facing the other way!!
Either they want to leave so bad they're planning the fastest route to their cars or they're keeping an eye out for those green buggers.

Hahaha! This thread is brilliant! :dopey: 👍

Speaking about similar things, Trial Mountain circuit does not have access roads. Drivers racing inside can't get out with their cars. I think this is a common problem for other old original tracks too.

If you inspect some of the tracks you will notice that there is an overpass bridge, at Deep Forest it is on the start/finish straight before the grid starts, at Trial Mountain theres 3 between the last slow left hander and 1st corner. Alot of real life racetracks don't have any obvious exits for the paddock etc, alot of them use an exit road that goes across the track and between stands like at Silverstone and Brands Hatch and others have a service tunnel like most ovals and Le Mans (the service tunnel under the Dunlop Chicane).

Off topic humorous responses:

Who eats boiled chicken? Oh, the ones over...sorry

You'd be surprised, it's very tender  ....and doesn't have the dry-nothingness. :yuck:

:sly: The poor work conditions at imagevenue or the poor work conditions the online sex-cam workers endure? :sly:

Wonder how you know eh? :sly:

Apricot Hill, actually. And to be honest, I never saw it...

I can't tell if they have been there since GT1, but surely they must be close to death by now. How the hell do they get out?! There must be something we can do! :dunce:
Fear not! It's fast, it's streamlined, it's yellow... IT'S SUPERCRANE!

That's good. There's a legend about the 'Ring, at night you can hear strange noises around in the denser parts of the forest, if you listen closely, you can hear some sort of grumbling voices of a freaky creature called green demon midgets :scared:, since the Nurburgring is located in the Eifel County in Germany and long ago it was a area with volcanic activity, these creatures came forth and loved the surface so they stayed upon the Earth's surface and changed green to flush with the forest and they feast on animals that live there.

There's been a sighting of a wolfman or a wolfboy who does some freaky things within the forest, he made freaky love to a demon midget before killing it for dinner .

Yep, there's a lot of history there, yep!

By the way, love the thread.

Haha!^ It must also be said that the wolfman/wolfboy creature was once a race driver for the Jaguar team during an early Nurb 24hr race. His car never started due to the presence of humidity in the air. When night came and the car would not start, he ran crying to the woods and never re-emerged.

It has been rumored that this poor fellow has been wandering the nordschleife ever since, and also that he just might be the Stig's father. NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some say that he lives in a box above Autumn Ring......All we know is, he's called the Stig.

Edit: Darn, already a Stig joke.

Someone at PD told Kaz, that there could be too many skylines and mx-5s in the game.
They now live there.

That's why I always have a shotgun with tranqulizers, bionoculars and a camera in my car when I drive on the 'Ring at night :scared:. I'm glad that the evil man-eating trees or heckwoods aren't here, they were found in San Andreas' forests. :scared:

Wolfman as Stig's father  NOOOO!!!!!

Trying to think just what it's supposed to be - certainly not a marshal's post, and I can't see a TV camera up there...
