Ok, I need someone's help PLEASE!!!

For the last couple months, I haven't been able to play an entire game on either my ps3 or xbox360. usually play Nba Live 09 and Madden 09. On both games, I get disconnected by the end of the second quarter.

Now, I've called everyone and no one can give me an answer. I spoke to EA and they had me do a UO trace. They said there was nothing they could do but after a little research, I think the UO trace was to find out problems in my connection. Out of 17 hops, 1 of them had 100% packet loss. I dont know what that means or how to fix that. So can someone please let me know what I have to do so I can play an entire game online without getting kicked out PLEASE. My ps3 used to work fine before, then a couple months ago, EVERY game I play, I get booted... PLEASE HELP

fyi. I have comcast cable internet (all my connections are fine, according to them)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My connection drops every time someone uses the phone.:odd: That's in addition to the regular internet drop-outs.

Dropping when the phone is used is because there's no DSL filter at that phone. Every phone (or cordless base station) that's on the same line as your DSL number has to have a filter between the line and the phone, not just the jack with the DSL router. Just plug the filter into the wall jack, and the phone into the phone side of the filter.

You have to separate the phones from the DSL, not the DSL from the phones, if you see what I mean.

It would seem the filter may have been in backwards, we'll try that.👍
