Help I lost my data!

Hello I make the update and I run the game in my second ps4 that did not have the progress of my 1st ps4 then when I run the game in my 1st ps4 I had the cars and the lever of my second ps4..
1st and 2nd ps4 has the same profile..
Also I check the history in the game and I see that it's keeps the 40 lever like event*(emerald user) but I m in 30..
I check my cloud saves and I don't have any data!
Please help!
Can I sent somewhere a email to replace this save with my old? I don't care about cars! I care only about the progression of the game..

Save data are managed ONLY at GT servers and CANNOT be restored in any way.

Believe me, I tried. UK PSN support themselves told me this information. Once deleted from gt servers you cannot "upload" your local save data. You can only use it offline.

Only thing that is undeletable is sport ranking and history.

This basically means backing up save data has no use whatsoever and PD somehow forgot to inform people about this

If you backup your Game Progress Data to Cloud or on to a USB it should work fine.

You are correct.

Unfortunately I've some experience with this, and your data is lost.

The only way you can use 2 PS4's and not lose data is by manually saving and uploading to the cloud every time you switch PS4s. Then download the cloudsave to the other PS4 and vice versa. I do this when some friends come over and login to their own account to play.

There is no way to restore your old data.
