Last night I turned all the fans on high, and I think one of the top ones might be blowing out. If it is, it's a really weak fan. I might go and see about either switching to some other types of fans, or just going liquid cooling all the way through instead of just on the cpu.

It's better to have about equal in and out, or a bit more air going out. The big side fan doesn't really help with the balance. Just make sure that a couple of those fans are blowing out.

I'm trying my hand at overclocking my i7-950. I've got it at 3.8 with a max temp during linx of 75c but it looks like it's in the mid 40s most of the time. Are these fine temps, and can I go higher?

Low to mid 70s is a good max temperature to aim for in day to day use. So for Linx you probably have another 5-10 degrees you could go for. The computer shuts itself down when it reaches 100.

I actually reached 100 with the stock fan and heatsink. And that was while I was playing a game. The next day came the H70 and some new paste. I think I have a good ways to go on the OC,but I'm going to leave it alone for now.

On the engini heaven beanchmark, I went from 52 fps to 60 FPS with the GPU OC and with the CPU oc it added another 2 to make it 62. That's with the default settings. That seems like a decent score for a single GTX 570, but I don't have alot of scores to campare mine to. I've seen a few 580's on another forum doing just a little better then that.
