You can't send the Nissan Race Car, you get the 23 Ticket from completing the Subaru expert seasonal, you get the 24 from doing all the endurance races, chromes are special paints that may or may not be received every time you get 30 cars. People ask for a lot because things are relatively easy to get with duping.
