Take it's stock BHP (w/ or wo/ Oil Change) and add 3% to it. That's it's max. Oil change gives 5% from completely stock, if you want to know. So both on 1 car give 8% total.

Confusing lol, like with all the upgrades and 186miles, whats its final bhp?

I don't know. Buy it, buy all the upgrades (no oil change), then do this:

(Actual BHP) * 1.08

The result is it's final BHP. It's around 780 though I believe.
