Perhaps he's talking about a real-life car. For gear ratios, experiment until you find a good one, and see this thread for more information on tuning in general (created for GT3, but still applicable in real life...). Also, this was the wrong forum to post such a question in, but you're a n00b; what can we say? Welcome to GTP...
