Help Required!

I downloaded GT Academy, come back to find my PS3 frozen. So I had to restart it (think it was a plug out scenario) & now I'm at the point after it saying the hd was corrupt that it does this.

Can get it to load to XMB menu, but the game, music, photos part doesn't load fully (just appears empty - no defaults there or anything). Plus if I click on some of the options it crashes again.

I'm guessing I have to go into safe mode & start all over again (got a feeling my save is already gone anyway?). This will be the second time I've had to start again & I've got to admit I'd really rather not unless I have to obviously!

You can rebuild the database without losing gamedata and other installed contents, double check via google which option from the 'safe' menu that is. This will stop you losing everything (if it works).
