You could checkout the official Forza Motorsports 4 forums. Forza Planet isn't as active because we have no where near as many users as GT Planet.

So you joined ForzaPlanet, posted a thread there, then not even 10 minutes later, created this thread? In the Marketplace?

As others have said, FP is relatively small because it is also relatively new. A quick google search will find you other sites if you're that concerned with activity - the official ones would be a good place to start.
