Ok, I'll give my ideas for drifting, tho, you'll need to find your own nitch.
I usually setup a car to max speed at 140 mph and also set up the gear ration around 20-24. I also push the spring rates up to about 6-8. I put the brakes all on the rear and make sure that there is normal tires on the rear and supersofts upfront. Then I make sure the car is as low as it can get, cause I like that look. After that, when I start a drift, I give some gas to get the rear of the car out, then just balance my car by pressing gas only when the tail starts to fall back behind me. Also, I make sure I'm headed into the turn with the right initial speed to complete the turn without touching the dirt. Hope that helps. Happy drifting.
