I know that we have to refresh the chassis of the cars with high mileage, but is only this? is it true that they have less power?
thanks ^_^

I'm from brazil and I'd just started my english class, so I don't speak english very well, sorry

Additional tip:: Make an Oil change for any car you buy in the used cars garages.
Enjoy the game!

Eventually, when you put thousands of miles on a car, it will permanently lose power, and the oil change will not recover it.

The RRP does seem to return the handling to as-new, however, no matter how old the car is.

I just had to do the rigidity on my NSX at around 800miles, i can'trealy tell the difference though to be honest and i use a drivig force pro, i m aight do some lap comparisons some time.

BTW - your'e english is pretty good, way better than my french i studied that for 5 years (i can still only understand odd words in sentences)

Has it been mentioned that the more miles / Km you put on a car, the lower the resale value becomes?

Have not checked this maybe sombody else knows: does the refresher plan change the resale value ?

the resale value does go down the more miles you put on a car, my Minolta lost ~100,000cr.
But that was after the 24h nurb, and a few El Capitans Enduros.

Thousands now? It was only a few hundred in GT3. Don't think I've put more then 200k on any car in GT4 yet, so I don't know. (and most of my cars are used anyway)

Well, I've only noticed a loss of power on cars that I ran 24-hour enduros with. Could be that they lose power earlier, but its only on my workhorses that I've seen the permanent effect happening.

Yeah there some thousands in Used car list :)

thanks! ^_^
so it's better to buy low mileage cars, but I like the used cars T.T , like R32, FC, AE86, MR2...
what could I do?
and what the difference between the original kit and stage 3/4 turbo?
in the R33 the original kit gave more HP than stage 4, but in the S2000 stage 3 gave more HP than the original kit
Thanks ^_^

The short answer, the origional turbo kit is designed to match the top turbo for the car in peak power, but it's more flexible. The boost comes up sooner so you get more mid range power.
