Hitting 99S in your dr is a big pain in the arse. It seems the times in between the races are way too long for my liking :banghead:

I am so sorry, but your post makes no sense.

99 Dr points is not a hard feat to achieve.

Do you mean 99 Sr points? Dr is for Driver ranking (essentially how fast you are) and is scored 1-75,000. Sr is for safety ranking (how clean your are) and is scored 1-99.

How does the time between races affect your driving and/or safety ranking?

May I ask what your PSN is?

Throttle back fellas.

I'm not going to pretend that I don't know what you meant to say in your post. It's obvious you're talking about SR rating, which is a max of 99. This forum can be brutal if it comes across to some people that you don't know what you're talking about.

I find it pretty easy to maintain 99, with a few exceptions here and there, but since I've made S I haven't been knocked down to A or lower....yet.

I think Race C is the best opportunity to increase your SR to 99. They are longer races and after a couple laps there is usually some pretty good gaps between cars. Just race a few C-races and don't try to win them, focus on being clean and respecting other drivers' lines. Even if you make some mistakes, you can still get an increase in SR because the race is so long. You can always increase your DR later once you start getting placed in races with other S drivers.

getting to 99 isn't that hard, but yeah if you drop back to C you will need 4 or 5 clean races to get back to S. Personally I just race, stopped worrying about ratings a while ago, actually I prefer SR B/C as then I usually get to race with people who aren't as fast as me and snag a few wins and poles that I can never get at a high B/S99 rating because I just race people who are too darn good for me on a DS4

Totally agree with race C, and everything else you posted...
And, not to argue, rather to provide another viewpoint... (or possibly what you were getting at)
Dr. is a rating of your natural (be it through training/practice or not) ability... I would loose no time worrying about it, or attempting to increase it.
My opinion is, race as clean as you can in order to continue being placed against other like minded people, and your Dr will eventually level out...
Worrying about Dr will only foster an attitude of "I must make this pass ASAP"... which leads to "incidents"... which leads to Sr down.
Tomato/Potato?

Why you dont understand him?:dopey:
He want to say: Its hard to reach S rank because of the long waiting time between races.

I still honestly don't understand the relationship between these two...

Edit: OHHHHHHHHHH I GET IT NOW. OP is too impatient to do enough races, yeah? Daily Race C should give a large bump if you can stay clean

I don't know about others, but I wasn't "pretending"...
