Suzuka West Course​





Rules
Discuss only T-times.
Typical OLR Rules Apply:
No wall touching. Period.
Keep 2 wheels on the track or rumblestrips at all times.
No hybrids
No Cheating of any kind
Save Ghost Replay for One Full Week

Time Submission:
Send your time via PM to me, including splits and final run.

Submit the time listed in replay file name by 11:59 PM, Saturday June 9th. You may run as often or as little as you like; you've got the full week to gain the fastest single lap that you can. Please mark it as Week ‘X’ Final Time. :D Try to make it that you don’t resend your times via PM; that can save headache on my part.:)

After the oddball uncontroallable events of last weekend, still only a disappointing 5 racers showed up. This lead to a small shakeup in points, best defined by MustangManiac's plunge of two spots. Fangio once again returns and bumps himself up one spot. Azevedojose poses a threat to the next two spots up, if he can keep the front wheels in check in the raccous Focus RS. Bring out your best efforts, folks. This is the last race of the season before I unlesh my new plans for a next one. ;)

Well, here we are at the final round of an excellent and unexpected season, for me at least. Never thought that this kind of cars, with this tire compound would make for such a nice series. Thumbs up for Jetboy 👍

As predicted, after the last round seeing only 5 racers, the points table is interesting and there's still some battles for the 2nd and 3rd places. :)

Round 9 at Suzuka West Course: finding it hard to keep it tidy after the 130R... Track seems to narrow a lot, suddenly looking almost like the pit entrance :scared:

Not real good here, I have a problem with Suzuka anything :nervous:
 
I'll try to plump up the entry this round, the little Elan would be much more suited to Suzuka East however.

Alright guys, leaving you all know ahead of time that results will be a tad late, cause I'm camping overnight with the Mrs. ;) I'll either get them mid Sunday or by Sunday night. Whichever is more convenient. Either way though, this thing was a total blast and had shaken out far better than I was anticipating! :D Another series is in the works at the moment and I want you all to take a gander into it, by the name of The Ultimate Street Car Challenge. It's another one that is for the serious GT Man (Or, Woman ;)) involving tire wear, AI, and multiple lap races. I'm rather proud of it. Please take a look, once again.

Greetings All,
Is it just me or are Japanese tracks no fun? I have never been a fan of these venues, they seem to have all the excitment of drivng on a city street. I don't know. Anyway my best three splits( slowest to fastest)
Lap 14 43.669
Lap 22 42.652
Lap 47 40.955
It took a while but I found that tail out was the best way around, especially since the front brake bias was so pronounced.

I'm way off pace... Truth is my Focus wasn't that competitive during the entire season and never reached the top places. Anyway, managed a 44.085 T1. ;)
